This business grew out of our own love story and years working directly in Sea to Sky weddings — editing, creating, coordinating, and celebrating with couples we adore. We know this region, its vendors, and its rhythms like home, because it is home. That behind-the-scenes knowledge shapes how we capture your day: quietly, intentionally, and with an eye for the moments that truly matter.

The Story Of Us

We met when we were just sixteen—Devin growing up in Kelowna, Skylar in Whistler—two teenagers navigating long-distance love while finishing high school. After graduation, life brought us closer: Skylar moved to the Okanagan to study English Literature at UBCO, while Devin pursued Digital Photography at the Centre for Arts and Technology.

In 2020, we finally planted roots together in Squamish, where the mountains felt like home. A year later, we adopted our rescue pup, Ukee, who quickly became the heart of every adventure.

In 2023, we got engaged and married—one of the best years of our lives. And today, our story looks a little different in the best possible way. We’re now in Whistler, building our family and our business, and soaking in every moment with our daughter, Blair, born June 2025.

What started as two kids with big dreams has become a life of creativity, connection, and capturing moments that matter. And we’re just getting started.

What Makes Us Different

We’re not just a content team — we’re two people who live, work, and love deeply within the Sea to Sky community. Whistler and Squamish aren’t just stunning backdrops to us; they’re home. It’s where we built our life together, and where we got married ourselves — at the Sea to Sky Gondola and Canadian Wilderness Adventures.

Because we’ve lived the wedding experience here firsthand, we understand the little things couples only realize after the day is over. That lived insight shapes everything we deliver.

Devin works full-time as an editor for Whistler Elopements and Tara Lilly Photography. Every day, he edits hundreds of real wedding moments — giving him an unparalleled understanding of storytelling, pacing, emotional beats, and what couples truly care about reliving.

Skylar has worked closely with wedding planners and has provided day-of support for multiple weddings. She also manages social media for local vendors such as Bliss Event & Design and Whistler Elopements. So she understands timelines, lighting cues, transitions, and flow. She knows exactly when to step back, when to step in, and what moments clients always wish they had captured.

Together, we bring the perspective of both vendors and a couple who have been through this process ourselves.

From photographers and planners to florists, venues, and DJs — we’ve worked with nearly every type of Sea to Sky wedding vendor. This means:

  • We know the best locations, lighting, and timing.

  • We work seamlessly alongside your existing vendor team.
